Motec Life-UK is
progressing with intent. A series of meetings and consultations
have occurred in England to share our hopes and aspirations with
the Ghanaian leadership the weekend of 7th to 9th September.
The first brief
encounter was between Motec couple Ofori-Atta and a Ghanaian
delegation of the Deputy Minister of Health and the Director
General of Health (Dr Elias K. Sory) during which constructive
ideas were exchanged. There was an opportunity to discuss
matters of mutual interest with the Ghana High Commissioner in
London soon after.
Also at the
weekend, the Motec Couple met the Ghana Foreign Minister, Nana
Akuffo Addo in London. Motec’s one year of experience was shared
with the honourable Minister and interesting assignments emerged
to consolidate hopes for Ghanaians in general. Further talks are
expected in the immediate future with both the Ministry of
Health and the Foreign Ministry in Accra. Details will be made
available to members in due course and at the right time.
