You should be able to

Nomination form (you can make as many copies of the nomination
forms as required for your submissions)
3.
Electoral timetable

Dear Motec-Life Member
Due to the current postal strike it goes without saying that posting
anything from last night has a fair chance of not making the
nominations deadline.
Members can use the email as well as this fax number

to send any nominations between now and the deadline.
I think it to avoid any unfortunate delays as a result of the strike
if those who posted anything in the last 24 hours can fax / email it
as well.
